Delivery throughout Greece by courier, in 1–3 working days.
Orders are sent by ACS and ELTA Courier, or to a BOX NOW locker. Orders up to €50 carry a delivery charge of €3 by courier and €2 to a BOX NOW locker. Should your order not be possible to fulfil for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes and the like), we will contact you so that you can tell us whether you wish it completed. Please note that for distances of more than 20 km from a town with a courier depot, and on certain remote islands, there may be a further delay in delivery.
Please note the following:
- Your order cannot change its delivery address once it has left our company.
- Every order requires a signature from the recipient on delivery.
- Should the courier not find you at the address you gave, they will leave a card so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery time.
- Orders within Greece are delivered between 9.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. (depending on the delivery area)
- Should you wish to collect your order from a courier office, choose that on the order page or contact us and we will tell you which is nearest to you.
- For deliveries outside Greece, tell us the area and we will let you know the cost.
