Payment methods
To serve you better, kosmima-shop.gr offers the following ways to pay:
Cash on delivery, through the courier company
Payment on delivery to the courier company that brings you your order.
If you choose to collect from the shop, you pay at the counter, in cash or by card.
By transfer to a bank account
You may choose whichever bank suits you for transferring the amount of your order. Please write your full name as the reference on the transfer.
By charging your credit card
All cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and IRIS. Where your card’s bank offers it, the payment can be made in interest-free instalments — you choose how many at the checkout, before paying.
Clearing of your payment is handled by the payment provider EUROBANK, which secures the transaction completely. Payments are made by redirection to the provider’s secure environment.
kosmima-shop.gr keeps no sensitive personal data. The payment is completed inside the provider’s environment, which then notifies us of the result.
With Klarna, in instalments without a credit card
The payment is completed in Klarna’s own environment, and Klarna arranges the instalments. How many there are, and on what terms, is set by Klarna and agreed there.
As with a card, kosmima-shop.gr keeps no payment details. Klarna tells us whether the payment succeeded, so that the order can be completed.
