Returns policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- 01Contact the shop on 2310 536 169.
- 02The piece has not been worn beyond trying it on.
- 03The box, the guarantee and anything else that came with the piece are returned, as all of these are part of what you bought.
- 04If the piece came with a gift, the gift must be returned with it.
- 05Returns are made only through the courier companies we work with.
- 06The cost of postage is paid by the customer.
- 07Please pack the parcel securely, so that the piece is not damaged on its way back.
- 08Special orders and bespoke pieces cannot be returned.
REFUND
In the event of a return, the refund is made within 14 days to a bank account you give us. The full amount is refunded, less the €10 that covers the carriage.
kosmima-shop.gr bears no liability for damage to or loss of the item while it is in transit back to us.
